RESUMO

Interventricular septum pellet retention after air-gunshot injury in a persistently asymptomatic patient is a rare, clinically significant occurrence. Management involved monitoring, echocardiography, and computed tomography scans. After risk-benefit analysis, we favored a nonsurgical management without prophylactic antibiotics or colchicine. No post-traumatic pericarditis was observed. Patient remained asymptomatic and in excellent condition at 1-month follow-up.

RESUMO

We report the case of a redo Ross surgery complicated by an ostial left circumflex occlusion requiring emergent percutaneous coronary intervention. The latter was complicated by coronary perforation treated by two covered stents with V-stenting technique. After immediate success, the clinical course was marked by acute stent thrombosis requiring emergent coronary bypass. Learning objectives: Ostial left circumflex perforation is a rare and potentially fatal complication that is challenging to manage. V stenting technique with two covered stents could be used as a life-saving procedure, but is associated with a high thrombotic risk.

RESUMO

The aetiology of cyanosis could be unclear in children, even for specialised paediatricians. Two cases were reported: first, a 6-year-old child with features of left isomerism and Fallot was fortuitously diagnosed with anomalous hepatic venous drainage before complete repair. Second, a newborn with an antenatal diagnosis of ductus venosus agenesis had an isolated intermittent right-to-left atrial shunt when upright, with favourable outcome, in contrast to the association with significant heart malformations including inferior caval vein interruption. Multimodality imaging and 3D printing helped to rule out extracardiac causes of persistent cyanosis and plan surgical repair.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to compare a new free-breathing compressed sensing cine (FB-CS) cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR) to the standard reference multi-breath-hold segmented cine (BH-SEG) CMR in an unselected population. MATERIALS AND METHODS: From January to April 2021, 52 consecutive adult patients who underwent both conventional BH-SEG CMR and new FB-CS CMR with fully automated respiratory motion correction were retrospectively enrolled. There were 29 men and 23 women with a mean age of 57.7 ± 18.9 (standard deviation [SD]) years (age range: 19.0-90.0 years) and a mean cardiac rate of 74.6 ± 17.9 (SD) bpm. For each patient, short-axis stacks were acquired with similar parameters providing a spatial resolution of 1.8 × 1.8 × 8.0 mm3 and 25 cardiac frames. Acquisition and reconstruction times, image quality (Likert scale from 1 to 4), left and right ventricular volumes and ejection fractions, left ventricular mass, and global circumferential strain were assessed for each sequence. RESULTS: FB-CS CMR acquisition time was significantly shorter (123.8 ± 28.4 [SD] s vs. 267.2 ± 39.3 [SD] s for BH-SEG CMR; P < 0.0001) at the penalty of a longer reconstruction time (271.4 ± 68.7 [SD] s vs. 9.9 ± 2.1 [SD] s for BH-SEG CMR; P < 0.0001). In patients without arrhythmia or dyspnea, FB-CS CMR provided subjective image quality that was not different from that of BH-SEG CMR (P = 0.13). FB-CS CMR improved image quality in patients with arrhythmia (n = 18; P = 0.002) or dyspnea (n = 7; P = 0.02), and the edge sharpness was improved at end-systole and end-diastole (P = 0.0001). No differences were observed between the two techniques in ventricular volumes and ejection fractions, left ventricular mass or global circumferential strain in patients in sinus rhythm or with cardiac arrhythmia. CONCLUSION: This new FB-CS CMR addresses respiratory motion and arrhythmia-related artifacts without compromising the reliability of ventricular functional assessment.

RESUMO

Both computed tomography (CT) angiography and vascular ultrasound have a major role before and during a transfemoral approach to TAVR. CT angiography will determine whether the patient is eligible for a femoral approach. Peri-procedural arterial ultrasound will be helpful to improve safety and optimize results during the femoral approach. Being able to interpret both of these imaging modalities is of paramount importance for any interventional cardiologist who practices structural interventions.

BACKGROUND: Stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) has been reported as a safe and efficient therapy for treating refractory ventricular tachycardia (VT) despite optimal medical treatment and catheter ablation. However, data on the use of SBRT in patients with electrical storm (ES) is lacking. The aim of this study was to assess the clinical outcomes associated with SBRT in the context of ES. METHODS: This retrospective study included patients who underwent SBRT in the context of ES from March 2020 to March 2021 in one tertiary center (CHU Lille). The target volume was delineated according to a predefined workflow. The efficacy was assessed with the following end points: sustained VT recurrence, VT reduced with antitachycardia pacing, and implantable cardioverter defibrillator shock. RESULTS: Seventeen patients underwent SBRT to treat refractory VT in the context of ES (mean 67±12.8 age, 59% presenting ischemic heart disease, mean left ventricular ejection fraction: 33.7± 9.7%). Five patients presented with ES related to incessant VT. Among these 5 patients, the time to effectiveness ranged from 1 to 7 weeks after SBRT. In the 12 remaining patients, VT recurrences occurred in 7 patients during the first 6 weeks following SBRT. After a median 12.5 (10.5-17.8) months follow-up, a significant reduction of the VT burden was observed beyond 6 weeks (-91% [95% CI, 78-103]), P<0.0001). The incidence of implantable cardioverter defibrillator shock and antitachycardia pacing was 36% at 1 year. CONCLUSIONS: SBRT is associated with a significant reduction of the VT burden in the event of an ES; however, prospective randomized control trials are needed. In patients without incessant VT, recurrences are observed in half of patients during the first 6 weeks. VT tolerance and implantable cardioverter defibrillator programming adjustments should be integrated as part of an action plan defined before SBRT for each patient.

BACKGROUND: Cerebral microbleeds (CMBs) have been observed in healthy elderly people undergoing systematic brain magnetic resonance imaging. The potential role of acute triggers on the appearance of CMBs remains unknown. We aimed to describe the incidence of new CMBs after transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) and to identify clinical and procedural factors associated with new CMBs including hemostatic measures and anticoagulation management. METHODS: We evaluated a prospective cohort of patients with symptomatic aortic stenosis referred for TAVR for CMBs (METHYSTROKE [Identification of Epigenetic Risk Factors for Ischemic Complication During the TAVR Procedure in the Elderly]). Standardized neurologic assessment, brain magnetic resonance imaging, and analysis of hemostatic measures including von Willebrand factor were performed before and after TAVR. Numbers and location of microbleeds on preprocedural magnetic resonance imaging and of new microbleeds on postprocedural magnetic resonance imaging were reported by 2 independent neuroradiologists blinded to clinical data. Measures associated with new microbleeds and postprocedural outcome including neurologic functional outcome at 6 months were also examined. RESULTS: A total of 84 patients (47% men, 80.9±5.7 years of age) were included. On preprocedural magnetic resonance imaging, 22 patients (26% [95% CI, 17%-37%]) had at least 1 microbleed. After TAVR, new microbleeds were observed in 19 (23% [95% CI, 14%-33%]) patients. The occurrence of new microbleeds was independent of the presence of microbleeds at baseline and of diffusion-weighted imaging hypersignals. In univariable analysis, a previous history of bleeding (P=0.01), a higher total dose of heparin (P=0.02), a prolonged procedure (P=0.03), absence of protamine reversion (P=0.04), higher final activated partial thromboplastin time (P=0.05), lower final von Willebrand factor high-molecular-weight:multimer ratio (P=0.007), and lower final closure time with adenosine-diphosphate (P=0.02) were associated with the occurrence of new postprocedural microbleeds. In multivariable analysis, a prolonged procedure (odds ratio, 1.22 [95% CI, 1.03-1.73] for every 5 minutes of fluoroscopy time; P=0.02) and postprocedural acquired von Willebrand factor defect (odds ratio, 1.42 [95% CI, 1.08-1.89] for every lower 0.1 unit of high-molecular-weight:multimer ratio; P=0.004) were independently associated with the occurrence of new postprocedural microbleeds. New CMBs were not associated with changes in neurologic functional outcome or quality of life at 6 months. CONCLUSIONS: One out of 4 patients undergoing TAVR has CMBs before the procedure and 1 out of 4 patients develops new CMBs. Procedural or antithrombotic management and persistence of acquired von Willebrand factor defect were associated with the occurrence of new CMBs. REGISTRATION: URL: https://www. BACKGROUND AND AIM OF THE STUDY: To evaluate whether the simplified valve-sparing technique (SVST) implies clinical outcomes comparable or not with those of established David technique in the surgery of aortic root. METHODS: We collected the records of patients who had undergone aortic root surgery with the SVST or standard David technique (SDT) at our institution between January 2009 and December 2018. The primary endpoints were the incidence of all-cause death, reoperation for any reason, and postoperative complications. The secondary endpoint was the midterm incidence of reoperation for aortic valve regurgitation. RESULTS: A total of 169 patients who underwent aortic root surgery were analyzed. SDT and SVST were performed in 48 (28.4%) and in 121 (71.6%) patients, respectively. Thirty-day mortality occurred in 0% and 0.8% of patients in the SDT and SVST groups, respectively. The rate of postoperative new permanent pacemaker implantation was 6.3% (three patients) and 0.8% (one patient) in SDT and SVST cohort, respectively (p = .07). The incidence of postoperative thromboembolic stroke was 6.3% and 2.5% in SDT and SVST groups, respectively (p = .23). The median follow-up time was 29 (23-47) months. During the FU period, no differences were found between two cohorts in terms of all-cause mortality (p = .99), the incidence of reoperation (p = .19), and incidence of aortic valve regurgitation requiring reoperation (p = .58). CONCLUSIONS: The SVST appears to be safe and feasible showing early clinical results comparable to the SDT. Nevertheless, further studies with larger series and long-term follow-ups are required to demonstrate its safety and efficacy.

OBJECTIVE: We evaluated whether a combination of intraoperative contrast-enhanced cone beam computed tomography (ceCBCT) and postoperative contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) after infrarenal endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm repair (EVAR) could reduce late stent graft-related complications and, consequently, reintervention. METHODS: All consecutive patients who had received infrarenal bifurcated stent grafts in our hybrid room (IGS 730; GE Healthcare, Île-de-France, France) during two discrete periods were included in the present study. From November 2012 to September 2013, two-dimensional completion angiography was performed after each EVAR, followed by computed tomography angiography (CTA) before discharge (group 1). From October 2013 to January 2015, intraoperative ceCBCT was performed, followed by CEUS within the first postoperative days (group 2). Comparative analyses of the outcomes were performed. The primary endpoint was late stent graft-related complications, a composite factor incorporating aneurysm-related death, type I or III endoleaks, kink or occlusion of the iliac limb, and aortic sac enlargement after the first 30 postoperative days. The secondary endpoint was all stent graft-related reinterventions. All-cause and aneurysm-related deaths were also recorded. RESULTS: Overall, 100 consecutive patients (50 each in groups 1 and 2) were enrolled, with a median follow-up of 60 months (interquartile range, 41-69 months). At 60 months after the index procedure, the freedom from late stent graft-related complications in each group was 61.6% (95% confidence interval [CI], 47.0%-80.6%) for group 1 and 81.7% (95% CI, 70.1%-95.2%) for group 2 (P = .033). The use of intraoperative ceCBCT was independently associated with a reduced rate of late stent graft-related complications on multivariate analysis (hazard ratio, 0.39; 95% CI, 0.16-0.95; P = .038) but did not appear to significantly protect against stent graft-related reinterventions (hazard ratio, 0.53; 95% CI, 0.20-1.39; P = .198) or all-cause death (P = .47). CONCLUSIONS: To the best of our knowledge, the present study is the first to report the influence of routine ceCBCT on late outcomes after EVAR. The use of ceCBCT shows the potential for reducing late stent graft-related complications associated.

INTRODUCTION: Association between sleep nocturnal breathing disorders and acute aortic syndrome (AAS) has been described but mid-term data are scarce. OBJECTIVES: We assessed the prognostic value of sleep apnea parameters and their relationship with aortic morphology after the onset of a type B AAS. METHODS: Between January 2010 and January 2018, sleep apnea screening in post type B AAS was prospectively performed. The association of sleep apnea parameters with aortic morphology and aortic expansion during follow-up was studied. RESULTS: Over the 8-year-study period, 103 patients were included, with a mean age of 57.8 ± 12.1 years old. Median follow-up was 25.0 months (11.0-51.0). Thirty-two patients (31%) required aortic stenting during the acute phase. In patients treated by aortic stenting, the descending thoracic aortic diameter was positively associated with a higher percentage of nocturnal time of saturation ≤ 90% after adjustment (p = 0.016). During follow-up, the nocturnal time of saturation ≤ 90% in patients treated by medical therapy was the only parameter associated with significant aortic expansion rate (r = 0.26, p = 0.04). Thirty-eight patients started and sustained nocturnal ventilation during follow-up. The association between aortic expansion rate and nocturnal time of saturation ≤ 90% did not persist during follow-up after adjustment on nocturnal ventilation initiation (r = 0.25, p = 0.056). CONCLUSIONS: Nocturnal hypoxemia parameters are positively associated with the max onset aortic diameter and significant aortic growth after type B AAS. Nocturnal ventilation seems to mitigate aortic expansion during follow-up.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: Cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) is a key tool for cardiac work-up. However, arrhythmia can be responsible for arrhythmia-related artifacts (ARA) and increased scan time using segmented sequences. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of cardiac arrhythmia on image quality in a comparison of a compressed sensing real-time (CSrt) cine sequence with the reference prospectively gated segmented balanced steady-state free precession (Cineref) technique regarding ARA. METHODS: A total of 71 consecutive adult patients (41 males; mean age = 59.5 ± 20.1 years (95% CI: 54.7-64.2 years)) referred for CMR examination with concomitant irregular heart rate (defined by an RR interval coefficient of variation >10%) during scanning were prospectively enrolled. For each patient, two cine sequences were systematically acquired: first, the reference prospectively triggered multi-breath-hold Cineref sequence including a short-axis stack, one four-chamber slice, and a couple of two-chamber slices; second, an additional single breath-hold CSrt sequence providing the same slices as the reference technique. Two radiologists independently assessed ARA and image quality (overall, acquisition, and edge sharpness) for both techniques. RESULTS: The mean heart rate was 71.8 ± 19.0 (SD) beat per minute (bpm) (95% CI: 67.4-76.3 bpm) and its coefficient of variation was 25.0 ± 9.4 (SD) % (95% CI: 22.8-27.2%). Acquisition was significantly faster with CSrt than with Cineref (Cineref: 556.7 ± 145.4 (SD) s (95% CI: 496.7-616.7 s); CSrt: 23.9 ± 7.9 (SD) s (95% CI: 20.6-27.1 s); p < 0.0001). A total of 599 pairs of cine slices were evaluated (median: 8 (range: 6-14) slices per patient). The mean proportion of ARA-impaired slices per patient was 85.9 ± 22.7 (SD) % using Cineref, but this was figure was zero using CSrt (p < 0.0001). The European CMR registry artifact score was lower with CSrt (median: 1 (range: 0-5)) than with Cineref (median: 3 (range: 0-3); p < 0.0001). Subjective image quality was higher in CSrt than in Cineref (median: 3 (range: 1-3) versus 2 (range: 1-4), respectively; p < 0.0001). In line, edge sharpness was higher on CSrt cine than on Cineref images (0.054 ± 0.016 pixel-1 (95% CI: 0.050-0.057 pixel-1) versus 0.042 ± 0.022 pixel-1 (95% CI: 0.037-0.047 pixel-1), respectively; p = 0.0001). CONCLUSION: Compressed sensing real-time cine drastically reduces arrhythmia-related artifacts and thus improves cine image quality in patients with arrhythmia.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: Real-time compressed sensing cine (CSrt) provides reliable quantification for both ventricles but may alter image quality. The aim of this study was to assess image quality and the accuracy of left (LV) and right ventricular (RV) volumes, ejection fraction and mass quantifications based on a retrogated segmented compressed sensing 2D cine sequence (CSrg). METHODS: Thirty patients were enrolled. Each patient underwent the reference retrogated segmented steady-state free precession cine sequence (SSFPref), the real-time CSrt cine and the segmented retrogated prototype CSrg sequence providing the same slices. Functional parameters quantification and image quality rating were performed on SSFPref and CSrg images sets. The edge sharpness, which is an estimate of the edge spread function, was assessed for the three sequences. RESULTS: The mean scan time was: SSFPref = 485.4 ± 83.3 (SD) s (95% CI: 454.3-516.5) and CSrg = 58.3 ± 15.1 (SD) s (95% CI: 53.7-64.2) (p < 0.0001). CSrg subjective image quality score (median: 4; range: 2-4) was higher than the one provided by CSrt (median: 3; range: 2-4; p = 0.0008) and not different from SSFPref overall quality score (median: 4; range: 2-4; p = 0.31). CSrg provided similar LV and RV functional parameters to those assessed with SSFPref (p > 0.05). Edge sharpness was significantly better with CSrg (0.083 ± 0.013 (SD) pixel-1; 95% CI: 0.078-0.087) than with CSrt (0.070 ± 0.011 (SD) pixel-1; 95% CI: 0.066-0.074; p = 0.0004) and not different from the reference technique (0.075 ± 0.016 (SD) pixel-1; 95% CI: 0.069-0.081; p = 0.0516). CONCLUSIONS: CSrg cine provides in one minute an accurate quantification of LV and RV functional parameters without compromising subjective and objective image quality.

PURPOSE: To develop and evaluate a complete deep learning pipeline that allows fully automated end-diastolic left ventricle (LV) cardiac MRI segmentation, including trabeculations and automatic quality control of the predicted segmentation. MATERIALS AND METHODS: This multicenter retrospective study includes training, validation, and testing datasets of 272, 27, and 150 cardiac MR images, respectively, collected between 2012 and 2018. The reference standard was the manual segmentation of four LV anatomic structures performed on end-diastolic short-axis cine cardiac MRI: LV trabeculations, LV myocardium, LV papillary muscles, and the LV blood cavity. The automatic pipeline was composed of five steps with a DenseNet architecture. Intraobserver agreement, interobserver agreement, and interaction time were recorded. The analysis includes the correlation between the manual and automated segmentation, a reproducibility comparison, and Bland-Altman plots. RESULTS: The automated method achieved mean Dice coefficients of 0.96 ± 0.01 (standard deviation) for LV blood cavity, 0.89 ± 0.03 for LV myocardium, and 0.62 ± 0.08 for LV trabeculation (mean absolute error, 3.63 g ± 3.4). Automatic quantification of LV end-diastolic volume, LV myocardium mass, LV trabeculation, and trabeculation mass-to-total myocardial mass (TMM) ratio showed a significant correlation with the manual measures (r = 0.99, 0.99, 0.90, and 0.83, respectively; all P < .01). On a subset of 48 patients, the mean Dice value for LV trabeculation was 0.63 ± 0.10 or higher compared with the human interobserver (0.44 ± 0.09; P < .01) and intraobserver measures (0.58 ± 0.09; P < .01). Automatic quantification of the trabeculation mass-to-TMM ratio had a higher correlation (0.92) compared with the intra- and interobserver measures (0.74 and 0.39, respectively; both P < .01). CONCLUSION: Automated deep learning framework can achieve reproducible and quality-controlled segmentation of cardiac trabeculations, outperforming inter- and intraobserver analyses.Supplemental material is available for this article.© RSNA, 2020.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the reliability of compressed-sensing (CS) real-time single-breath-hold cine imaging for quantification of right ventricular (RV) function and volumes in congenital heart disease (CHD) patients in comparison with the standard multi-breath-hold technique. METHODS: Sixty-one consecutive CHD patients (mean age = 22.2 ± 9.0 (SD) years) were prospectively evaluated during either the initial work-up or after repair. For each patient, two series of cine images were acquired: first, the reference segmented multi-breath-hold steady-state free-precession sequence (SSFPref), including a short-axis stack, one four-chamber slice, and one long-axis slice; then, an additional real-time compressed-sensing single-breath-hold sequence (CSrt) providing the same slices. Two radiologists independently assessed the image quality and RV volumes for both techniques, which were compared using the Wilcoxon test and paired Student's t test, Bland-Altman, and linear regression analyses. The visualization of wall-motion disorders and tricuspid-regurgitation-related signal voids were also analyzed. RESULTS: The mean acquisition time for CSrt was 22.4 ± 6.2 (SD) s (95% CI: 20.8-23.9 s) versus 442.2 ± 89.9 (SD) s (95% CI: 419.2-465.2 s) for SSFPref (p < 0.001). The image quality of CSrt was diagnostic in all examinations and was mostly rated as good (n = 49/61; 80.3%). There was a high correlation between SSFPref and CSrt images regarding RV ejection fraction (49.8 ± 7.8 (SD)% (95% CI: 47.8-51.8%) versus 48.7 ± 8.6 (SD)% (95% CI: 46.5-50.9%), respectively; r = 0.94) and RV end-diastolic volume (192.9 ± 60.1 (SD) mL (95% CI: 177.5-208.3 mL) versus 194.9 ± 62.1 (SD) mL (95% CI: 179.0-210.8 mL), respectively; r = 0.98). In CSrt images, tricuspid-regurgitation and wall-motion disorder visualization was good (area under receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) = 0.87) and excellent (AUC = 1), respectively. CONCLUSIONS: Compressed-sensing real-time cine imaging enables, in one breath hold, an accurate assessment of RV function and volumes in CHD patients in comparison with standard SSFPref, allowing a substantial improvement in time efficiency.

This expert panel consensus includes recommendations for indications, the procedure (with patient preparation), stress-inducing drugs, the acquisition protocol, interpretation and risk stratification by stress magnetic resonance imaging.

After 15 years of successive randomized, controlled trials, indications for transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) are rapidly expanding. In the coming years, this procedure could become the first line treatment for patients with a symptomatic severe aortic stenosis and a tricuspid aortic valve anatomy. However, randomized, controlled trials have excluded bicuspid aortic valve (BAV), which is the most frequent congenital heart disease occurring in 1% to 2% of the total population and representing at least 25% of patients 80 years of age or older referred for aortic valve replacement. The use of a less invasive transcatheter therapy in this elderly population became rapidly attractive, and approximately 10% of patients currently undergoing TAVR have a BAV. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the "European Conformity" have approved TAVR for low-risk patients regardless of the aortic valve anatomy whereas international guidelines recommend surgical replacement in BAV populations. Given this progressive expansion of TAVR toward younger and lower-risk patients, heart teams are encountering BAV patients more frequently, while the ability of this therapy to treat such a challenging anatomy remains uncertain. This review will address the singularity of BAV anatomy and associated technical challenges for the TAVR procedure. We will examine and summarize available clinical evidence and highlight critical knowledge gaps regarding TAVR utilization in BAV patients. We will provide a comprehensive overview of the role of computed tomography scans in the diagnosis, and classification of BAV and TAVR procedure planning. Overall, we will offer an integrated framework for understanding the current role of TAVR in the treatment of bicuspid aortic stenosis and for guiding physicians in clinical decision-making.

PURPOSE: To evaluate the reliability of a real-time compressed sensing (CS) cine sequence for the detection of left ventricular wall motion disorders after myocardial infarction in comparison with the reference steady-state free precession cine sequence. MATERIALS AND METHODS: One hundred consecutive adult patients referred for either initial work-up or follow-up by cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) in the context of myocardial infarction were prospectively included. There were 77 men and 23 women with a mean age of 63.12±11.3 (SD) years (range: 29-89 years). Each patient underwent the reference segmented multi-breath-hold steady-state free precession cine sequence including one short-axis stack and both vertical and horizontal long-axis slices (SSFPref) and the CS real-time single-breath-hold evaluated sequence (CSrt) providing the same slices. Wall motion disorders were independently and blindly assessed with both sequences by two radiologists, using the American Heart Association left ventricle segmentation. Paired Wilcoxon signed-rank test was used to search for differences in wall motion disorders conspicuity between both sequences and receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) analysis was performed to assess the diagnosis performance of CSrt sequence using SSFPref as the reference method. RESULTS: Each patient had at least one cardiac segment with wall motion abnormality on SSFPref and CSrt images. The 1700 segments analyzed with SSFPref were classified as normokinetic (360/1700; 21.2%), hypokinetic (783/1700; 46.1%), akinetic (526/1700; 30.9%) or dyskinetic (31/1700; 1.8%). Sensitivity and specificity of the CS sequence were 99.6% (95% CI: 99.1-99.9%) and 99.7% (95% CI: 98.5-100%), respectively. Area under ROC of CSrt diagnosis performance was 0.997 (95% CI: 0.993-0.999). CONCLUSION: CS real-time cine imaging significantly reduces acquisition time without compromising the conspicuity of left ventricular -wall motion disorders in the context of myocardial infarction.
